Flu Buster Smoothie
Flu Buster Smoothie with Auto-Immune Boosters
I was looking through the web for ideas for home remedies for this cold and flu season and this one looked intriguing.
It has all kinds of ingredients that are auto-immune boosters.
My handsome hubby does not care for most smoothies.
He happened to come down with the flu so I decided to try this one out on him.
He actually liked it!
It is kind of thick, so it can be eaten with a spoon, or use a larger straw.
The cold soothes your throat going down, and it is one we will make again when the flu swings by our place – but hopefully not too soon:)
